Manuel, a bartender with a passion for hospitality and enjoyment, always believed that true success lies in the well-being of your guests. His path started in the kitchen and lead to the bar, where he became the bartender at one of Switzerland’s top cocktail venues. In this high-pressure environment, the spark for what would become Mikks was ignited.

Manuel shared his vision with Fabian, a chef and friend. Fabian saw the potential right away and was instantly hooked. He knew his knowledge of fresh, natural ingredients could perfectly complement Manuel’s idea. The two moved into a shared apartment, where the kitchen became their first testing site. They hand-filled their batches and even cooled the bottles in the bathtub at home.

But it wasn’t enough for the product to taste good and solve the challenge — it also had to look the part. That’s where Philipp came in: an experienced graphic designer and friend of Fabian. With his creative instinct, he developed the name, logo, and visual identity — giving Mikks its unmistakable look.
