Ramos Gin Fizz

  • 40ml Mikks Citrus Lemon
  • 40ml Gin
  • 20ml Cream or alternative
  • 20ml Eggwhite or aquafaba
  • 2 dashes of orange bitters
  • 40ml Soda Water
  • 6-8 Ice Cubes
  • Garnish: Orange

Add Mikks, gin, cream, egg white, orange bitters and ice into a shaker, shake well for 30 seconds, strain into a glass over fresh ice, add soda water and garnish with orange.
