Tokyo Sour

  • 40ml Mikks Yuzu Elder
  • 40ml Whiskey
  • 20ml Aquafaba or Eggwhite
  • 6-8 Ice Cubes
  • Garnish: Amarena Cherry or Rasberry Powder

Add Mikks, whiskey and eggwhite or aquafaba into a shaker, add ice, shake for about 15 seconds, strain into a glass over fresh ice and garnish with a amarena cherry or raspberry powder.
