Tom Ka Vodka

  • 40ml Citrus Lime
  • 40ml Vodka with chili-kaffir infusion
  • Ice Cubes
  • 4 Kaffir Leaves
  • Half of Chili
  • Garnish: Kaffir Leave & Chili

Preparation: Infuse 4 kaffir lime leaves and half a chili in vodka for 2–3 days. Add Mikks and the chili-kaffir-infused vodka into a shaker, add ice, shake for about 15 seconds, strain into a glass over fresh ice and garnish with a kaffir leaves and chili.
